  • Shipping & Delivery

    Each product will have shipping information in it detail section. Most of our shipment will free ground shipping depending on the order amount. On all silver jewelry items, customer has to pay for shipping charges. Customers are most welcome to pick up jewelry from our location at 17390 Preston Rd, Ste#275 Dallas, TX 75252. Valid government Photo Identification is required. To protect security of shipment, we do not ship to PO Boxes address and we require an adult signature at the time of delivery regardless of any waivers you may have with the courier. Our double-boxed packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you that it has been shipped. To make shipping process faster, we urge our customer to wire transfer the payment.

    If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options. Price will change if we have to make sold out item. Discount prices will not be applied on new sold out item. If two customer order last product then customer who order first will be given the priority. All order places online, we will send out with status of order within one hour if your order is on business day. If order place on internet fall on holiday or business closed hours than Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc. will reply the order status within one hours of next opening day of business. Item that is online are in store display as well other online places like eBay, amazon or Craig list etc. While we do our very best for our customer to get the item they want at right prices, Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc. will have final say of who gets the order in event of multiple order of last inventory item. Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc. has the all rights to refuse service to anyone.

    Data, including, pricing, weight, carat weight, color, etc.  may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices or jewelry information. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. All measurement of our products is approximate, example, carat weight, and metal weigh etc. We will not write anything that is misleading to our customer. Our estimation of every product is go through by three people with over 30 years’ experience combined.  Once diamonds are set on jewelry, it is very hard to get exact weight of it. We tend to round of everything in nearest 0.05ct. Metal weight tends to change on different scale. Our scales are approved by Texas Department of Agriculture.     All prices will be in US dollars. If returning the product you will be refund it in US dollars only. The only amount specified. We will not use currency converter tool for payment. All funds must come to us in US dollars only.

Before our product ship to its customer, it goes rigorous check point quality. Each product is manufacture at our facility using high quality material, methods and craftsmanship. In rare cases, you find defect in our product please contact us at info@diamondandjewelery.com or call us at 972-807-2880.  We do not guarantee the work of another jewelers. Each product comes with lifetime cleaning as long as owner of the product is same. Rhodium cleaning will be extra.  All watch battery come with 6 month replace warranty with valid receipt. Customers are responsible to let Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc know if their jewelry has filling diamond or any type of stone. All the filling stone will look different after being treated under heat. All jewelry repairs come with free polishing and steam cleaning.  Steam cleaning can have affect in filling stone or diamond. Diamonds and Fin Jewelry, Inc. is not liable for filling stone or diamond, if not told by customer. Customer should keep their receipt for their purchase or service from Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc.  We will not be responsible for any product that is being misused or mishandle by customer

    Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc only purchase diamonds and gold through company or manufacture whose standards are established by the Kimberley Process. All merchandise at Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc are warranted to be conflict free. We will continue to support and promote any process that works to uphold legitimacy in the diamond trade. Diamonds and Fine Jewelry, Inc. hereby guarantees that these goods are conflict free based on personal knowledge and written guarantee provided by the suppliers of their goods.  The goods herein have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in any funding, conflict and in compliance with UN resolutions.
