We are very confident that our fine jewelry and diamonds will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of shipment for a refund or exchange or store credit.

Returning your Order 

  1. Contact Customer Service by emailing at sales@diamondandjewelery.com and request a Return Authorization Code for your order. 
  2. Print the Return Form (Clicking should get return form) and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box on the front of the package so that it is clearly visible.
  3. Send your item with all certificates, tags as original packing material, return forms and original invoice to us by an insured carrier and retain the tracking number for your records.
    1. Please use FedEx or UPS or USPS to return your parcel with tracking number. 
    2. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write "jewelry" or “diamonds” any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. 
    3. Send your package to DFJ Inc. 17390 Preston Rd, Ste#275 Dallas, TX 75252 
  4. Send us the tracking number to us by email. 
  5. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition & authenticity of the returned item(s). 
  6. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

Returns and Exchanges are subject to following terms and conditions:

  • The original Invoice and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the returned item.
  • No return will be process without the Return Authorization Code. 
  • Non-insured packages will be returned to sender. 
  • We will process your refund amount less all shipping charges. 
  • Items that have been worn and damaged due to client negligence cannot be returned. 
  • Special orders and engraved items are not returnable. If there was an error made on our part, we will happily exchange your order. 
  • All custom orders are final. No Return or Exchange unless error made on our part. 
  • If you received a free gift with your order, you must also return the free gift or you will be charged the purchase price of the free gift. This charge will be deducted from the credit applied to your account. 
  • All original documents must be return with item like certified grading report and Appraisal report and any document applicable. $500 will be charged for any report missing from your return shipment. 
  • Up to 20% Return stocking fee may apply.
